i.ii.The sky goes down
Figures transferred to canvas, then the sky blended around them — indigo into violet into hot pink, still wet at the edges.
iii.Faces and gold
The slow part. Green eyes, red lips, metallic gold lacing picked out with the finest brush in the pot.
iv.Stars, then the signature
Stars flicked on last, rock edges cracked in black, and the J.M. smile goes in the corner. Done.
